A Pinch of Salt
A Pinch of Salt is a curing company producing charcuterie products for use in local restaurants including The Pig in Brockenhurst.
Highly respected head chef of The Pig, James Golding works closely with A Pinch of Salt. James was involved in the 'Preserving the Hampshire Hog' project and now devises and develops curing recipes which are then made by A Pinch of Salt and featured on the menu at The Pig. They also supply charcuterie to other local pubs and restaurants along the south coast.
Whilst it is not currently possible to buy their charcuterie from any shops they have plans to expand into retail. A Pinch of Salt will also be attending events such as the forthcoming Romsey Show with their mobile wood oven. We will keep you posted with any retail developments.
